Larry Edward Snow

Larry E. Snow, 73, of Manson, died Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at home.

Larry Edward Snow, the son of Francis and Lola Mae (Onie) Keele Snow, was born on January 24, 1948. He attended school at Manson, graduating in 1966. He also attended Iowa Central Community College and earned a degree in business from Buena Vista College. He served in the U.S. Army in Viet Nam from 1970 to 1972. He returned home to farm with his father.

In 1982, he married Dianna (Dee Simpson) at the United Church of Christ Congregational in Manson. Larry often stated that he didn’t know what his life would have been like without Dee and the girls. He loved being a Grandpa - playing trains, fishing, and just being together.

Larry was known for his love of Christmas, his pets, the outdoors, cowboy shows, the Iowa Hawkeyes, and playfully teasing his family and friends.

Larry is survived by his loving wife, Dianna; daughters Karen (Peter) Salic, Tammy Reiling, and Holly (Seth) Bokelman; grandchildren Bailey (Jordan Cotter), Brady, and Brant Reiling; special friends Justin and Wesly and families, and many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
