Paul Eugene Zeka

Paul Eugene Zeka was born at Fort Dodge, Iowa, on January 4, 1954, the son of Floyd and Lois (Keele) Zeka. He graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High in 1972, and shortly after that he met Donella Kaufman. They were united in marriage on June 26, 1976, at the Manson Mennonite Church. Paul was employed at different jobs through the years, including NAPA in Manson, CalCar in Rockwell City and the West Bend Elevator, where he had to retire from his position as Information Technology Administrator in 2008 due to health problems. He enjoyed watching NASCAR racing, tinkering with his Mustang, playing golf, bicycling, and spending time with his granddaughter and all other family members. He also served the Manson community as a member of the City Council.

He is survived by his wife Donella; daughter Abby (Mike) Bynum and granddaughter Ella of Grimes, IA; brothers Ron (Yvonne) Zeka of Pine, AZ; and Dennis (Sandy) Zeka of Newton, IA. He was preceded in death by his parents Floyd and Lois.
