Curtis Lee Hauser

Curtis Lee Hauser was born on April 18, 1979, at Lake City, IA, the son of Mark and Annette (Lenz) Hauser. After graduating from Martensdale-St. Mary's High School in 1997, he attended Iowa State University for three years. He was united in marriage with Wendy Green on June 1, 2002, at Postville, IA. The couple moved to Louisville, KY, for five years, and then to Indianola. Curt was a member of Operators Local 234, and Plumbers Union 33.

He is survived by his wife Wendy; his yellow lab Sasha; his father Mark Hauser of Truro, IA; mother Annette Thiessen of Creston, IA; brother Chad Hauser of Ft. Dodge, IA; sisters Joi (Pat) McClure of Fremont, NE; and Kennedy Hauser of Truro, IA; and paternal grandfather Ellis Hauser.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Roger and Opal Lenz; paternal grandmother Gloria Hauser; aunt Debbie Hauser; nephew Cannon Moritz.
